Sketchbook on iOS now supports squeeze and barrel roll with Apple Pencil Pro. Set squeeze to the tool palette option to quickly choose from your brush history or color history.

Files and Gallery update on iOS
Sketchbook version 5.2 for iOS introduces changes to the iCloud workflow and new options for exporting and opening files. This release is a first step towards a new, more open approach to reading and writing Sketchbook files.
Color enhancements - available now on iOS
We have focused effort on enhancing the Color Editor to provide you with new ways to choose your color, and are rolling it out with our iOS update this week.
While building out these features we were reminded how important it was to provide you with the ability to customize and organize color sets. We didn’t see it a replacing the previous licensed color system, rather, we are opening it up so it would be easier for everyone to create and manage their own collections.

June 30 Android release issues
The release we pushed on June 30th on Google Play has resulted in serious issues for users on Android 11. They manifested most commonly as crashes and a disconnection between the Sketchbook Gallery and files, causing problems viewing and saving files.
We know that this release has been stressful, frustrating, and deeply angering to everyone affected.
We identified the cause of the problem and have a fix ready to go.

Welcome home, Sketchbook
We’re excited to announce that the app formerly known as Autodesk SketchBook has spun out and is now Sketchbook.
Wait, what?
The Sketchbook app has a long history, but it was always just one part of a bigger company. First of Alias|Wavefront and later Autodesk, where it grew from desktop to mobile and tablet and became beloved by over 10 million people around the world.
Now Sketchbook is the company. We’re an independent entity, wholly focused on the app, its users, and its future.
